Vinyasa "Lunch" Flow

DESCRIPTION
This class is focused on breath to movement, standing poses, and meditation. We move quite quickly in this class, but rest assured, it will leave you feeling restored and replenished. This class is meant for everyone, especially those who are looking for a different way to take their lunch break, and find more energy throughout the rest of the day!

Vinyasa Flow

DESCRIPTION
This class is focused on breath to movement, standing poses, occasional arm balances, and meditation. We typically begin with Yin poses (think slow/deep opening asanas) with the focus of “go slow to go fast“ in this morning class to wake up the body gently. Then we move into the Yang part of class (think twists, binds, challenging holds, and vinyasa flows!) to quickly and efficiently prepare you for the rest of the day!

Then we move into the Yang part of class (think twists, binds, challenging holds, and vinyasa flows!) to quickly and efficiently open the mind and body.

DESCRIPTION
This class is meant for those with an established practice looking to further strengthen their twists, binds, and inversions! Feel free to take this class if you have a strong heart and mind, but it will be challenging, and it will change your physical practice. Movement based flows, compression based core routines, standing poses, arm balances and inversions are all uncovered and discovered here!

Hot Yoga - 26 postures

This class is the classic 26 posture Hot Yoga class! Heated to 39 degrees Celsius, this class will get you sweating quickly, allowing you to go deeply into each posture while keeping a very real and steady connection to your breath. Beginning with a breathing exercise and ending with a breathing exercise, this is the only hot yoga studio in Cologne. Come join me!
